Trust me, being a Western film critic, I know exactly what you're talking about. Many horror films, mainly American ones, are reviewed and given far more consideration than global genre films. My favorite style of horror has always been Asian horror so I feel your rant. I hate seeing people give the remake of SHUTTER positives comments and then turn around and claim the ORIGINAL wasn't as good as the remake. No problem! Trust me, being a Western film critic, I know exactly what you’re talking about. Many horror films, mainly American ones, are reviewed and given far more consideration than global genre films.

Some of us love and appreciate Asian cinema, especially horror. Personally, I enjoyed BODY #19, definitely more than Purikitpanya's segment in 4BIA, though I did find myself enjoying that as well.
